Twice a month I try to meal plan for my weeks (4-5 meals a week, allowing for a couple nights of leftovers). Here are some recipes I found on Pinterest that you might also like to try for your family.
Keto Chicken Stir Fry

Spaghetti Squash Taco Bake

Creamy Garlic Shrimp

Beef and Broccoli

Chicken Bacon Ranch Zucchini Boats

Does meal planning work for you? Do any of these recipes look good to you? What works well for your family? I find meal planning works best while trying to stick to a budget and having some sort of plan for the week. I don’t always like to designate a day for each meal, but rather, have 4-5 options ready with ingredients bought!
