EVERYONE, no matter who they are, longs to be loved!
Isn’t that what we are all looking for? Longing to have that nagging void filled in our life. It is something we ALL have in common. Have you ever accepted this gift of love? Are you a child of God? If not, find out how:
WHAT IF?
What if you knew today was the last day of your life, what would you do?
Do you have any scarred relationships that you would desire to resolve before you pass on?
Have you left a will to your loved ones?
Most important of all, when you come to the end of life’s journey and you stand before a holy God at the entrance to Heaven, if God asked you,
“Why should I allow you to enter Heaven,”
what would YOU say?
You may have a false perception of who God is. Perhaps you have been jaded by the whole “church scene” filled with a lot of hypocrisy from people in your life. Sadly, many have.
But don’t let that be the excuse you use when God asks you someday “WHY SHOULD I LET YOU INTO HEAVEN?”
Will you say that you tried to be a good person. . . that He should let you in because you made a good attempt towards perfection?
HIS ANSWER: God’s Word makes it very clear that nobody enters heaven because of their good works. It is only by God’s grace (unmerited favor) that we are given God’s gift of forgiveness and are saved for all eternity. His Word says, “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast. (Ephesians 2:8-9)
Please let me tell you that after 30 years of knowing HIM personally, He has never let me down! He gives my life purpose and meaning. I know for sure that when I die I will meet HIM face to face. Wouldn’t you like to have that same assurance?
You never know when your last day on this earth will be. Nothing in this life is for sure. Would you like to know HIM today? Not just know about Him, but know Him in a personal way? A life-changing way!
You must admit you are a sinner. Rom 3:23 says “For ALL have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God.
If you think you aren’t a sinner, just take this test: CLICK HERE TO TAKE TEST
“If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.” (1 John 1:10)
THE BAD NEWS:
The penalty of your sin, and mine, is death. Rom 6:23 says “For the wages (penalty) of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord”.
THE GOOD NEWS:
God sent His perfect Son Jesus down to this earth to die for the world so that you might have eternal life! Romans 5:8 “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners. Christ died for us.”
Could you ever imagine laying down
your only child for someone else?
God did ~ He laid down Jesus for the ENTIRE sinful world!
Why is Jesus Christ the only true way, the only true Savior? He is the only person that died, and rose again from the dead.
You must realize that you are going the wrong way, and turn around! This is called repentance.
Have you ever been on a trip and realized you were going the wrong way? You maybe wasted a whole ½ hour before you realized it ~ only to have to turn around and go the other way.
How long have you been traveling down this road of life only to be going in the wrong direction?
Turn around today! This is a choice… an obedient response to the Holy Spirit knocking at your heart’s door.
Jesus said: “I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.” (Luke 13:5)
God promises to come and live inside you… to help you. He would not save you and leave you. He has left you a help called the Holy Spirit.
I know that I cannot live this life productively on my own. I cannot even begin to come close. I desperately need His help.
Maybe you think your sin is too great for such a holy, perfect Savior? It isn’t! – He loves you just as you are. So won’t you come to Him today?
“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” (Romans 10:9)
“For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13)
Pray a prayer something like this:
Dear God, I desperately need you. I am a sinner in need of a Savior, a best friend, …. YOU! Thank you for sending your only Son, Jesus, down to this earth to die for me. I believe you were buried and rose again on the third day. I want to turn around from the path of life I have been on, and turn towards you. Please come into my life and save me. In Jesus’ name, Amen
If you prayed this prayer and meant it with all your heart, you have the assurance that you will be in heaven someday! (1 Jn 5:11-13)says 11And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. 12He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. 13I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life.
“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” (2 Corinthians 5:17)

Get involved in a local church- one that is based on the truth of God’s Word and preaches the gospel.
If you have received Jesus Christ as your Savior, here are some helpful suggestions to guide you in your walk with Christ:
1. Read your Bible every day to get to know Christ better.
“Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” (2 Timothy 2:15)
“Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.” (Psalms 119:105)
2. Talk to God in prayer every day.
“And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.” (Matthew 21:22)
“Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.” (Philippians 4:6)
3. Be baptized, worship, fellowship, and serve with other Christians in a church where Christ is preached and the Bible is the final authority.
“Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:” (Matthew 28:19)
“Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.” (Hebrews 10:25)
“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:” (2 Timothy 3:16)
4. Tell others about Christ.
“And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.” (Mark 16:15)
“For though I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of: for necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel!” (1 Corinthians 9:16)
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.” (Romans 1:16)
