Purchase Brown Rice Tortilla Shells. I get the Food For Life brand in the Natures Market at Wegmans.
Instructions:
1.Pull all the tortilla shells out of the bag. Fold each circle in half, then in half again, and then again. You should get 8 individual triangles.
2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and lightly spritz each triangle with olive oil.
3. Bake in oven for approximately 5-8 minutes (to your desired crispiness).
* I make a bunch of these at once and keep on hand for that “crunch” I need, to dip in fresh salsa or hummus, and serve on the side of a meal. YUM!
