Swaying in the cool breeze; she bends, and bows in graceful beauty. Basking in the glorious warmth the inviting rays give. Breaths of peaceful serenity spill forth. She glows and a heart smiles with abundance of blessing.
The wind picks up and the clouds roll in. Her cheeks are pelted hard with the harsh drops , that sting the cheek. Shivers become involuntary until she is frozen into place. For what seems like days, months, even years.
The wind seems to push a little harder, giving an extra shove, in her direction. Really? I cannot handle much more, my Lord. She digs down deep, roots branching far beneath, what can be seen with the eye.
Flowers bloom, and a sea of beautiful colors rise to the surface. She melts. Shaking off the moisture, a chill runs down her spine and hope rises up. An end is in sight.
She toils the ground, finding new, bolder strength from the bread of life. She raises the hoe, to the tough dirt and gives it a drink. It breaks up and releases an abundance of luscious greenery. She once again, sways in the cool breeze; she bends, and bows in gracefulness. She will bask in the glorious warmth the rays give. Even though, she knows far too well, that storms will come her way, one day. She is confident in her never-changing Father. He will make her stronger for it, as she continues to seek His Face, first.
