1) First, hang up your goal jeans in plain view as a reminder.
2) Regain control of your home… don’t allow tempting treats.
3) Ask yourself, “How bad do I want this?”
4) Get your game face on and get serious.
5) Remind yourself, each time you say “no” to bad food, you are that much closer to your goal.
6) Do 200 crunches a day.
7) Do 200 leg lifts a day.
8) Do 200 jumping jacks a day.
9) Drink 10 glasses of water a day.
10) Eat more protein, fiber, fresh fruits and veggies.
11) Say no to white flour, sugar, and salt.
12) Don’t get sidetracked… starting over is never fun!
13) Make a chart and track your progress.
14) Give yourself small rewards along the way.
15) Try and do 20-30 minutes of aerobic/strength exercise 4-5 a week.
