I’m on my second round of Whole 30. It’s harder this time. I had a couple days of sugar, and the beastly addiction is creeping back up in me. But… I have a better handle on my ability to say no. I don’t let myself get hungry. I wait for the cravings to pass, and they usually do. It’s always worth it and there usually is something on plan that will satisfy my cravings.
I’ve been searching pinterest and the web for good meal ideas for the whole family. Here are some great recipes I found that I want to try. Have you tried any of these? What are your favorites? My mouth is watering! Who says eating healthy can’t be yummy?

Hey, Katje here. Did you try the sweet potato mash? I also make a chicken soup and load it up with lots of veggies including cabbage, which if you cook it in the broth then put into the blender it becomes almost a thick soup which I prefer.
