THIS GIVEAWAY IS NOW CLOSED>>>>>> THE WINNER IS VERONICA! CONGRATS!!
Win a devotional for YOU and your CHILD! Grace For The Moment is a tiny devotional book jam-packed with awesome truth and inspiration. I love what it says on the very backside, “What makes us special is the signature of God on our lives.”
Grace For The Moment: 365 Devotions For Kids is a wonderful way to impart grace into the heart of your child. It’s perfect for families to read together or for older readers to enjoy on their own! What’s neat about this book is a “Growing in Grace” opportunity accompanies each devotion, offering practical and easy-to-do activities to help kids apply God’s grace in their own lives! Love it. Here’s one example from page 178:
Learn to pray “at all times” by creating times to pray. For example, before you get out of bed, pray, “God, lead me today.” At shower time, pray that He will wash away your sins. In the car, pray, “God, show me the right way.” At bedtime, thank Him for your day.
To win both of these books, please leave a comment telling me how you incorporate devotion time into your own life; for you and/or your child.
For extra entries, simply share this post. Leave me a separate comment for each place you share it. Random.org will choose a winner this Saturday, September 22nd!
Thanks for visiting!

Hi Michelle! I’m a fellow Tommy Mommy and just getting started! I look forward to “working” with you! I’d love to win these since I didn’t have a chance to review them! We try to do devotions together as a family, but our little girl doesn’t sit still for long. So, we make sure to do it during meal time. I take time at night to spend time in God’s word. I don’t have a devotional that I use, but would love one to accompany!

We always shoot to have a group devotion before we start homeschooling. In addition, I am teaching my kids to have individual devotions in the morning. My ideal is to have my devotions in the morning, but sometimes I will do it at nap time or at bed time.

We read the Bible story books to our pre-schoolers at bedtime that were read to my husband by his parents. I would really love to win these books! 🙂 But who wouldn’t? :)I Thanks for the chance!

My children are 3 and 1. We don’t really have “devotions” per se yet, but we do pray constantly and talk about Jesus and the Bible. My 3 year old just started Cubbies and we recite all of our verses daily.

LOVE this giveaway!! I would incorporate the devotions into our school time. We always do prayer and read a small devotion or a couple of scriptures before school. And I would use the other in my own quiet time.

When my children were little there didn’t seem to be enough resources as what is available today – I would like to use the devotional to bless a young mother and her children
thank you,

We read a devotion and have prayer after breakfast, have a family reading after dinner and reading, singing and prayer before Bed. I personally, take time to read and pray by myself.

We have just started reading a young child’s devo book in the mornings at beakfast, right around the time Daddy reads his Bible too. It’s working pretty well, but takes a while to get a habit established!

My son and I read devotions at night before bed. If I forget he reminds me and he wants to read 2 if we missed the night before! I need to learn from his dedication.

I either have my daily devotion time when the kids are napping or after the kids go to bed. I’m a part of Community Bible Study so everyday I need to be in the Word so I can participate in our discussions. We have a small children’s devotional that we read at dinner time (Little Blessings). Would love to win both of these books!

I shared, but I had to do it through the Tommy Nelson facebook page. It wasn’t working through your blog page.

Hi! My daughter and I do devotions every morning before homeschool. Right now we are going through the Veggie Tales 365 Devos for Girls book. They are short devotions and include a prayer and scripture. She is 4 and I am teaching her to look up verses in her Bible as well. This is something she really looks forward to when we do devotions together.
Veronica Sternberg says
These both look great! I have my devotional time at the same time every day, so it’s part of my routine. I have two devotionals I use since they’re both pretty short.

What a great Giveaway Traci! I come from a very non-religious family. I guess still to this day I’m not quite sure what my parents beliefs are. I have always known I didn’t want this for my children and have been working towards being a godly home. This would be a wonderful set of very much needed books! Thank you for the opportunity to win them.

I sing “Jesus Loves Me” to my 2 year old every night while tucking him into bed. He isn’t old enough to understand it but I want his first impression of Jesus to be His love for him!
