I don’t have a favorite child. I love all my children equally special…. BUT, I don’t always treat them that way. My daughter just finished her first year of school. She is now reading and writing and it is so exciting! I’ve seen things like this online, so I decided to make my own variation.
I went to Target and bought:
1) A black and white composition notebook.
2) Pretty decorative duck tape! (Did you know they sold such a thing?)
3) Scrapbook stickers.
Here’s how it turned out. Isn’t she pretty?!? I typed up the words as a jpg so if you want me to email you it I can. Just leave me a comment below.
I also put a picture of us on the very first page. I can’t wait to start writing back and forth with my daughter… I just know God will bless this. Stay up to date by visiting me here.

I have seen things like this before. I might have to start one of these soon. I am always looking for more ways to bond with my daughter particularly, for various reasons. Thanks for sharing. 🙂

What a very fun idea; I think that will be so sweet to do together.
