Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
1 onion chopped
1 envelope packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
1 package taco seasoning
1 can kidney beans
1 can chili beans
1 can corn (not creamed)
2 cans stewed or diced tomatoes
(I added a can of green chiles)
Directions:
Brown turkey and diced onions.
Mix in taco mix and ranch mix.
Put in the rest of the ingredients (don’t drain).
Simmer 1 hour.
One cup = 5 weight watchers points
Serve over rice or dip with corn chips.
Add cheese and/or sour cream as you like.
*You might like to double the recipe and cook in a crock pot.

We make this Taco Soup quite often. I like to freeze teh extra and then take out for lunches! It’s so good!
