Just in case you wanted to celebrate this glorious weekend with some indulgence…
MUD PIE
2 packages vanilla instant pudding
3 1/2 cups milk
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
8 oz cool whip
1 large package of oreos
1 stick of butter, melted
Combine pudding and milk with a mixer until set.
Combine cream cheese with powdered sugar.
Add to pudding along with cool whip.
Crush oreos and mix with melted butter.
Put in 9×13 pan reserving some for top.
Pour pudding mixture over oreos.
Top with remaining oreo mixture.
