It’s funny I have a blog.  Not funny, like ha ha, but funny like ironic.


I hated English class in school… I avoided anything creative and spontaneous.  I hid behind classes with computers, math, and science…


and now… I love to write.  To create.  To capture beauty.


Whether it is through the written word, or through my camera lens, I love to stop time and remember the moments…


So, every Monday, here at Ordinary Inspirations, we are going to CAPTURE BEAUTY.  


All week you will have time to pick your very favorite picture (taken by YOU).  Give it a title.

    I am so the same. In school I hated, let me repeat, HATED, english and spelling. I still and not good at it, yet God has me blogging. Ironic. I do love to take pictures and long for a nicer camera. 🙂

  4. Do iPhone pictures count? It’s the only camera I ever have with me. Can’t say I will remember each week, but could get me capturing more beauty!

  7. OH my goodness!! I can SO relate…english, writing, and all things surrounding that — I avoided too!! And here I sit, just a few weeks away, from a published book. CRAZY!!
