No matter how strong your marriage is, the enemy wants to destroy it.
One more time…
No matter how strong your marriage is, the enemy wants to destroy it.
1. Don’t let your mind drift to the “what ifs”.
2. Don’t let your mind question whether you are compatible.
3. Don’t let your mind envy another wife’s husband.
4. Don’t let your mind believe the lie of what television portrays as love.
5. Don’t let your mind focus on all the negative points of your marriage.
6. Think about all the generous things he’s done for you.
7. Think about what first caught your attention and caused you to love him in the first place.
8. Think about what life would be like without him and how blessed you truly are.
9. Think about your wedding day and the vows that you made.
10 Think about how you can bless him today.

Wise words Traci! Too often we focus on the negatives and fail to appreciate the positives. I can tell you from experience when we only focus on what’s wrong we become bitter, resentful and it becomes virtually impossible to be happy with anything! These are great rules to live by!
God bless you!

Thank you! This is a huge blessing for wives and husbands. A great reminder to us all. Our enemy is so crafty and sneaky, he silently slithers up to us and we don’t even realize that we are slipping.

It is so amazing how feeding your mind on lies breeds discontentment, while thinking on truth brings you peace and gratitude for what God has given you. This is such an important message to be sharing, as I’ve seen too many marriages ruined by a wife who found an old flame online and left her husband to pursue that ‘what if.’

Tell ya what… the old saying..” Garbage in…garbage out” rings a bell!
Was just chatting with my hub about this very thing.. there is that one scripture that says, ” Don’t talk about what the wicked do in private.”
That little scripture rings so true in my daily choices in what I hear and see with my little eyes.
I think we need to be careful what we allow in our little brains because we are sponges….and God made us and He knows what our little brains do with information that we can’t deal with, you know?
Great and insightful post!
