Do not pay any attention to this recipe if you do not like your “normal food” (as my husband likes to call it) changed into one of those “foo-foo” dishes.
Personally, I LOVED IT! It’s sweet, yet crunchy, and oh so creamy touch gives it a SCRUMPTIOUS in my book.
This would be a great choice for a Ladies Luncheon!
Serve this on a wrap, bread of choice, or even by itself right off the spoon!
